When reviewing PRs from junior devs, the most common issue I find isn't bad syntax or incorrect logic. It's imprecise variable names!

This aspect of programming, which seems unimportant or inconsequential to new programmers, is actually of extreme importance and key in the maintainability of a project.

In this talk, we'll go over some naming conventions, tips and best practices to make your variables and functions as self-descriptive as possible.
